Order Processing
We process orders as soon as they’re received. ROYELECTRONIC ships from multiple warehouses, which helps us get your items out the door quickly and efficiently.
Processing time is typically 1–3 business days. If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on warehouse availability.
High‑Volume Periods
If we’re experiencing unusually high order volume (holidays, major sales, or when everyone suddenly decides they need the same gadget), your shipment may be delayed by 1–3 additional days.
If there is a significant delay, we’ll reach out to you directly via email or telephone. No guessing games.
Tracking Information
All orders include tracking numbers. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after your package leaves the warehouse.
If your tracking looks stuck, don’t worry — it’s still on the move.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double‑check your shipping address before placing your order. If the address is incorrect and the package has already shipped, we’re unable to reroute it.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
ROYELECTRONIC is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges applied to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping—including tariffs, taxes, or customs processing—are the customer’s responsibility.
International shipments may be held by customs for inspection. We cannot control or speed up this process.
